Worcester Chiropractor Dr. Brittany Falcone Completes Advanced ICPA Perinatal Certification
Worcester Family Chiropractic founder expands advanced training focused on pregnancy, postpartum and family-centered chiropractic care

WORCESTER, Mass. — September 15, 2026 — Dr. Brittany Falcone, DC, CACCP, a Worcester-based prenatal and pediatric chiropractor and founder of Worcester Family Chiropractic, has completed the Perinatal Certification program through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

The advanced certification expands upon Dr. Falcone’s existing Webster Technique Certification, providing additional education in clinically grounded, evidence-aware chiropractic care for patients throughout the perinatal continuum — from preconception and pregnancy through childbirth, postpartum recovery and return to wellness.

“Completing the ICPA Perinatal Certification represents an important continuation of my commitment to caring for women and families during pregnancy and beyond,” said Dr. Falcone. “Pregnancy and the postpartum period are significant physical, emotional and developmental transitions. This advanced education allows me to further support patients with individualized chiropractic care informed by a broader understanding of the full perinatal experience.”

While Webster Certification provides chiropractors with in-depth education on the importance of chiropractic care during pregnancy, the ICPA Perinatal Certification is a higher-level credential that builds on that foundation. The program consists of 10 seminars, 80 hours of coursework, Webster Certification and online examinations following each course.

The curriculum addresses a range of subjects relevant to perinatal chiropractic practice, including maternal biomechanics and fetal positioning; advanced clinical application; communication and collaboration with parents and supportive care providers; parental nutrition and epigenetics; perinatal neuroimmunology; and postpartum care involving the diaphragm, core and pelvic floor. Additional coursework explores pregnancy, birth and infancy from the baby’s perspective, as well as education and communication during the perinatal period.

For patients and families, the certification represents Dr. Falcone’s continued investment in comprehensive care during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. According to the ICPA, chiropractors who complete the program are prepared to provide care informed by a comprehensive approach that spans the earliest stages of pregnancy through postpartum recovery.

Dr. Falcone’s completed Perinatal Certification also complements her existing credentials and family-centered practice focus. She is Webster Technique Certified, a member of the ICPA, and a Board Certified Pediatric Chiropractor through the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. The ICPA describes Perinatal Certification as a clinical foundation for ongoing pediatric training, with seven of the program’s 10 courses applying toward Pediatric Certification.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Falcone founded Worcester Family Chiropractic in 2019. Her Worcester practice serves pregnant patients, infants, children and families with individualized chiropractic care in a welcoming, family-focused setting. Dr. Falcone’s professional and personal experience, including receiving chiropractic care throughout her own childhood and pregnancies, strengthens her commitment to supporting families at every stage of life
