This case erector automatically completes the full workflow including carton picking, flap folding and bottom sealing with OPP tape. It delivers a stable production capacity of 10–16 cartons per minute, perfectly matching medium and high-speed automated packaging lines. The machine supports stepless adjustment of carton dimensions, with a sealing height range of 150mm–400mm and sealing length range of 300mm–600mm. Compatible with most standard cartons available on the market, it meets diversified packaging production requirements.
Integrating three core systems—mechanical transmission, electrical control and pneumatic systems—the machine is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen control panel for simple and intuitive commissioning and operation. It supports switching between two working modes: automatic continuous case erecting and manual single case erecting, greatly lowering the learning threshold for frontline operators. The whole machine adopts a split modular structure, fitted with standard pneumatic components and quick-detachable parts. Daily maintenance is convenient and troubleshooting efficient, minimizing production line downtime losses to the greatest extent.
Constructed with a thickened steel frame, the machine weighs 450kg and runs smoothly without shaking. It adapts to a standard air supply of 5–6kg/cm² and standard 220V voltage (customizable). It seamlessly complies with power and air supply standards of various countries worldwide, requiring no extra modifications for overseas on-site installation.
