Dongguan, Guangdong, China – October 8, 2026

Building on over 40+ years of industry leadership as a premier OEM manufacturer of custom metal crafts and promotional products, our dual-production footprint across China and Vietnam provides international clients, promotional distributors, and global brand owners with enhanced sourcing flexibility, tariff optimization, and uncompromised quality assurance.

1. Strategic Objectives of Our Vietnam Expansion

In an increasingly complex international trade environment, our investment in Vietnam directly addresses key priorities for global procurement across four core pillars:

• Diversifying Sourcing & Mitigating Supply Chain Risks: Establishing a dual-country manufacturing model (“China + Vietnam”) safeguards your orders against regional supply chain disruptions, geopolitical friction, and single-origin dependency, ensuring uninterrupted bulk fulfillment.
• Optimizing Overall Production Costs: Leveraging localized labor efficiencies and operational scales at our Vietnam plant enables us to deliver highly competitive direct-factory pricing across high-volume OEM orders.
• Capitalizing on Southeast Asian Logistics Hubs: Located strategically in Vietnam, we offers direct access to major ocean shipping routes and international air cargo hubs. Utilizing regional Free Trade Agreements, this location significantly reduces transit times and optimizes import duty tariffs for North America, Europe, and APAC markets.
• Advancing Responsible & Sustainable Manufacturing: Our Vietnam facility adheres strictly to modern environmental standards, featuring energy-efficient equipment, eco-friendly waste management, fair labor practices, and safe working conditions to help clients fulfill their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments.

2. Integrated In-House Zinc Alloy Manufacturing Capabilities

Our Vietnam Factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and automated production lines, specializing in precision Zinc Alloy casting and metal crafting. The plant operates under a complete, 100% in-house manufacturing process from raw concept to final dispatch:

In-House Production Departments & Equipment

1. CNC Precision Tooling & Mold Making Center: High-precision CNC engraving machines translate 2D vector files and 3D digital models into accurate steel molds.
2. Zinc Alloy Die-Casting Workshop: High-pressure automated die-casting machines support complex custom shapes, detailed 3D relief, hollowed-out designs (cutouts), and heavy-gauge commemorative items with consistent dimensional stability.
3. Surface Polishing & Buffing Division: Skilled artisans utilize manual and mechanical polishing to ensure smooth edges, blemish-free surfaces, and flawless electroplating readiness.
4. Automated Electroplating & Rack Plating Lines: Environmentally compliant plating setups capable of multi-tone metal finishes, including Bright Gold, Bright Silver, Chrome, Antique Gold, Antique Silver, Antique Bronze, Black Nickel (Gunmetal), Satin Matte, and Dual-Plating.
5. Color Infill, Printing & Assembly Division: Automatic enamel dispensing machines and high-precision screen/UV printing setups ensure exact color matching for Soft Enamel, Imitation Hard Enamel, and intricate printed logos before final assembly.
6. AQL Quality Inspection & Packaging: Strict AQL sampling and 100% piece-by-piece visual inspections guarantee flawless plating adhesion, color accuracy, and assembly structural integrity.

3. Verified Audits, Quality Management & Product Compliance

We recognize that global brand owners demand uncompromising social responsibility, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Holds official authorization for Disney-approved production, qualifying us to manufacture licensed merchandise for global IP holders.
• Product Safety & Regulatory Standards:
  • Fully supports testing and compliance for EN71 (Parts 1-3), CPSIA and REACH depending on product specifications and destination market requirements.
  • Offers 100% lead-free, cadmium-free, and nickel-safe eco-friendly metal alloys and non-toxic paints.
• Standardized Quality Control & Traceability:
  • Multi-stage inspection workflows cover initial mold sample sign-off, in-line casting checks, post-plating inspections, and final AQL checks.
