Target now occupies the former Regency Theatres building, which Wood Investment Companies demolished to make way for the retailer’s new store. Plaza de Perris totals nearly 300,000 square feet and is anchored by Burlington, Food 4 Less, Ross, Planet Fitness and Five Below, serving one of Riverside County’s fastest-growing trade areas.

The store also includes modern conveniences such as Drive Up, Order Pickup, same-day fulfillment and Ship-from-Store services, as well as a Starbucks Café, CVS Pharmacy, Target Optical, Apple at Target and EV charging stations.
Wood noted that Target’s arrival aligns with the long-term growth trajectory of the Perris trade area, where the population has more than doubled over the past 20 years and more than 400,000 residents live within a 10-mile radius.
