Savannah, GA – August 25, 2026 – QuoteIQ, the bootstrapped field service management and CRM platform serving more than 20 home service industries, today announced the launch of Proposal+, an interactive, multi-page estimate and proposal feature designed to help service businesses tell a compelling story about their company and services.
Proposal+ turns a basic estimate into a full digital proposal that includes a company story, work photos, customer reviews, a complete services list, and signable documents, all in one place. Instead of sending a customer a plain number, contractors can now send a professional proposal that presents their business before the customer ever reaches the price.
The feature is built for contractors bidding both residential and commercial work, including pressure washers, window cleaners, lawn care providers, and other trade contractors.
Key benefits of Proposal+ include:
Higher close rates. The polished, multi-page presentation builds instant credibility and trust, helping service businesses win more competitive bids against contractors sending plain estimates.
Time savings. Contractors can choose a premade template instead of building each proposal from scratch, and reuse templates across different job types.
One-tap acceptance. Customers can accept a proposal directly inside it with a single tap, which triggers an instant notification to the contractor letting them know the job was accepted.
Trust and credentials. Dedicated pages let contractors upload PDF documents such as an Insurance Certificate (COI), W-9 form, business licenses, and official service agreements, which is especially important for commercial bids.
Social proof. Built-in customer testimonials and customizable text sections let businesses showcase their reputation in the customer’s own words.
Visual evidence. A dedicated Work section displays before-and-after photos and images of jobs, equipment, and team, showcasing the quality and scope of the business.
“A plain estimate puts you in a race to the bottom on price,” said Mike Vidan, co-founder of QuoteIQ. “Proposal+ flips that. It lets a business owner show who they are, the quality of their work, and what their customers are saying, all before the number ever comes up. When a customer sees your story, your reviews, and your credentials in one clean presentation, price stops being the only thing they’re judging you on.”
Vidan, who has spent more than 25 years in the home service industry, added, “We built this because we’ve lived it. I know what it feels like to lose a good job to a cheaper bid from someone who couldn’t do half the work. Proposal+ gives the serious operator a way to look like the serious operator.”
“The best contractors aren’t always the ones winning the work, they’re the ones who present the best,” said Justin Rogers, co-founder of QuoteIQ. “Proposal+ levels that playing field. A one-truck operation can now send something that looks better than what a company ten times its size is putting out, and they can do it in a couple of taps.”
Setup is designed to be simple. Business owners configure a proposal once from the dashboard under Settings, Templates, then Proposals+, toggling on the sections they want and editing each one. Users can require a customer signature to accept a proposal and build multiple templates for different scenarios.
Proposal+ is available now to QuoteIQ users.
